Physical Examination

Athletes must have a current sports qualifying physical exam on file in the Activities Office. 

Once you have your physical completed by a doctor, you can turn it into the Athletic office or you can scan it and submit the completed Physical Forms online.

Family Account Set-Up

After you create your family account, you will receive an email to the email address you used to create your account. Check your spam folder if it’s not in your inbox. Once you find the email, confirm the Activity Registration account by clicking on the Click to account activation button within the email. Now you can login to your account and register a student to an activity by clicking on the REGISTER blue button. Upon successful registration, you will see this message: “Thank you, your registration was submitted”.

NOTE: If you couldn’t complete the registration the first time, click on Incomplete Registration and Edit to continue the registration.

IMPORTANT: After registering, you MUST be cleared to be able to participate in a sport.
